When I go into the MMC snapin, and on the DHCP root, select "manage authorized servers", I get a list of the "authorized" servers on my network. The problem is that there is 1 server in there that is an old server. This old server shares the same IP address as a new server. Long story short, I can't remove the old server from this list either using the MMC or the netsh dhcp delete command. Also, when I go to the New server, it shows up as being authorized even though it does not show up on the "authorized" servers list. When I try to unauthorize it, in hope of being able to authorize it and have it display correctly on the list, I get a "The parameter is incorrect" error. I've tried rebuilding the DHCP database but I've not been able too. Any suggestions on getting rid of the old entry (which by the way does not appear anywhere in AD anymore) and get the new server added?
Thanks in advance
