Hi there,
I have a slight problems manually setting the pagefile size on the system drive of one our client PC's here. All PC's have the following configuration
PIV2.4GHz CPU
80Gb HDD
512Mb RAM
Windows 2000 Professional (SP4)
Two Partitions;
C - 20Gb (NTFS) - labelled as system
D - 60Gb (NTFS) - labelled as storage
On the troublesome PC I can manually set the pagefile size on the (D) Storage partition no problem, but I cannot maunally size it on the (C) system drive. Whenever I try to set the Pagefile on the C drive the machine reboots with the pagefile size automatically selected by Windows.
Is this something to do with NTFS permissions? I'm really stumped on this one. Any help would be much appreciated.
