We had a case where the Primary server on the virtual machine lost contact with the IP500 remote expansion systems.
What we found is we couldn't access the IP500 systems they kept saying they were under control from the primary server.
Does anyone know how to get around this? We needed to manage the routes in the 500s independently while we ran around in panic trying to fix the Virtual server.
PS was a simple problem in the VLANS on the virtual machine in the end.
