This is happening at least once a day. I’m using auth codes, When a user wants to dial out they enter their codes. They can dial out no problem. But intermittently it is if the whole switch just blocks all phones. When they want to dial out using their auth codes they get routed to the switch board operators. No one can dial out. At This stage the only way we are getting past this problem is to do a manual reset. The system reboots problem solved. What can be causing this problem
