Can phantom extension's VM show on another set?

Hello,

They have a user extension programmed but no actual phone. They can retrieve VM, but would like an indication on the receptionist's phone that there's a voice mail message.

You can light another phone with a hunt group voicemail. so, instead of a phantom user, create a hunt group with the receptionist as a member (but not logged-in) then in the source number for the receptionist put Hnameofhuntgroup. The receptionist light will now light for that hunt groups messages as well as their own messages.
