Can I save a message to CD from Modular Messaging?

Hi there!

I have a user who has had a pretty abusive voicemail left on Modular Messenger for her. she would like to save it off as a .wav file to CD to present to the police. Is there any way I can do this?

I use IMAP to connect to MM with Outlook. This downloads a .wav for each message in my voicemail box. When I have a case like the one you are referring to, I just setup my outlook to access the users mailbox, and I have a .wav copy of the message.

I have tried IMAP with Outlook and can not connect. Any tips?

Assuming that you MSS is on your LAN, try using the IP address in the server fields, for both incoming and outgoing. For username and password, simply your extension and password there.
