For legal purposes a company wants to keep a copy of all email sent from employees. Is this possible? Help?! heh.

Thanks!

Jason

Enable message logging in diagnostic logging for imc or whatever and prepare for lots of space usage ;)

There are also lots of 3rd party tools.

Can you specify some of the third party solutions? I'm really interested in one that can store the messages in a mailbox and exempt certain users from being logged.

You could create a mailbox to store your recorded email, and then make a rule that copies any incoming/outoging email to this mailbox. You would be able to exclude ppl from this using rules aswell :)

A better way is to use Journaling (Q258206) feature in Exchange server, this adds all mail though the server into the administrator mailbox.

Sweet, I have glanced at this in the past but never really looked at it because of the massive amount of email servers and bad configurations etc. Very cool, thanks for sharing!
