Calls to send to extensions VM 1

Have a customer that wants extension 10, 14, and 17 to ring all lines, then transfer callers to extension 14's voicemail after RNA. Is this an easy process or even possible to do (voicemail transfer)?

I thought #206 should be a 3 for the line

3 if you are going to go into the voicemail and use the Line Ownership option. 2 if you are going to use Call Coverage. If you have PC Card Mail, Line Ownership is not even an option.

The difference between Call Coverage and Line Ownership? DND. If the covering/owning extension uses DND, Line Ownership lets the line continue to ring on other extensions before covering to voicemail, while Call Coverage sends the calls immediately to VM when using DND.

will I need to add those three extensions into a huntgroup? At the moment they just have immediate line ring to those three extensions

No hunt group necessary. The phones just ring. The extension that covers the lines must also ring, have a mailbox, and have Automatic VMS Coverage turned ON. (#310-14-1)
