Has anybody ever heard of this before. I have an issue where outside calls are going directly to voicemail and send all calls is deactivated.

can you do a trace of the incoming call and check if the call is looking at the ars analysis table

right now it is intermittent and I cannot replicate the issue...I will just continue to monitor the situation for now...thx

Did you make sure the coverage path is set up fro outside call and does not have a next linkage set up just for outside calls?
