Hi there

I looked in different ways to figure out how to do that..

I think is not possible to calls-queued a maximum of calls for different skill in different VDN/VECTOR's.

CM 6.3

Do I'm right.

Not sure if this is what you need, but you can change the maximum number of calls queued on page 1 of the hunt group form on the Queue Limit field.

I would like to limite calls to 25 for 6 diferents skills globaly and those skills/hunt are in different vectors.

I convinced my customer to use oldest call waiting in each Queue. Forget it.

you can use logic in the vector to say if queued calls => 25 goto wherever else
