We are currently converting from MerMail to CallPilot v2.5. Our test group frequently (4-5 times per day) receives a MWI light showing mesages in the box, but when the box is checked, it is empty. Initially we were advised this could be caused by the MerMail account still being active. This is not the case though since my ext is one of them and I have deleted my MerMail account. Any advice?
