CallPilot MWI light keeps lighting. Mailbox empty though

We are currently converting from MerMail to CallPilot v2.5. Our test group frequently (4-5 times per day) receives a MWI light showing mesages in the box, but when the box is checked, it is empty. Initially we were advised this could be caused by the MerMail account still being active. This is not the case though since my ext is one of them and I have deleted my MerMail account. Any advice?

 
do a search for mb that are lighting that lamp, may just be a case of another box lighting the lamp for that box..

Thanks John. I searched through CallPilot for both the PDN and SDN and found no other reference. I have even tried outing my mb from CallPilot and re-building it. Still no luck.

Still nothing. I had checked it once before, but just checked it again. I even listed out the entire MWI DN listing and checked each one. Nothing there.

do any of your phones have station to station msg waiting?..

Try to out the mailbox, build it again, leave yourself a message, delete it, out the mailbox, and then build it again. I have found that this will clear up the problem.
