CallPilot Call Center Reporting

We’re looking to install the Call Center Reporting software as a Windows Service (on Windows 2003 Server) so it will run in the background without having someone logged into the computer. Also, it would be nice if we were able to run a “client” application from any computer (or multiple computer) to view/generate the reports. Wishful thinking???

I dont beleive that windows 2000 server is supported. And you can install the client on any pc.

What i am still not clear about is wether RCC can be set up as a service running in the background while all users are logged off of the server.
