New office, S8300 / G700 running CM4.0.1.
Users are reporting that sporadically when a call is transferred or goes to voice mail, the call gets dropped around the 24 second mark.
I've confirmed the DS1 programming, made sure the gateways are syncronizing to the pri's, etc...all in all it seems like everything in the switch is OK.
Yesterday I did find an error in the switch related to the signaling group (3942 Aux 2068) which according to the maintenance guide states:
"Timer expiry: T310
time-out, no answer to
CALL PROCEEDING."
Does anyone have any ideas?
