Caller id name with H323 between IP500v2 and Asterisk

Hello!

I'm trying to get the caller id name to work on a link between our IP500v2 and Asterisk. When a call comes from Asterisk, it shows the name and number but when a call comes from the IP Office (doesn't matter if it's internal or external) it only shows the extension/phone number...

I have tried with H450 and without, also with the Default name from Display IE (not really sure what this one does) and nothing seems to work...

Anyone experience something like this?

Does the name and number show in calls to the asterisk using monitor?
It most likely will so I think it is a asterisk problem.

How do I see that in monitor? I checked everything in H323 but I don't see anything that has to do with caller id...

Btw, thanks for the link but that's for SIP and I'm using H323

In the H.323 tx trace you should have call setup messages presenting name and number.
