Call transfer with Soft Console

We have a site with a 406v1 running 3.2.54. There are 2 receptionists, using soft console (3.2.11), in the main group, where all the incoming calls are directed. Occasionally when trying to transfer an incoming call they will click on the transfer tab and it immediately puts the call through to the receptionist next to them, instead of the dial tab popping up.
Has anyone else come across this and if so is there a fix?

first off all upgrade your softconsole
with admin 3.2.54 you should have a softconsole with version 3.2.28

3.2.11 was not even coming with admin 3.2.17
then try again

Thanks for the reply. I can only find version 3.2.29 on the Avaya site. Will this be alright or should I find 3.2.28? Thanks, Jon.
 
they removed the 3.2.54 version
so maybe you should upgrade to 3.2.55
but if you wait a few days there is coming a maintenace release
it should be coming next week

The Q1 release was on Feb 28th, so I would expect the Q2 release end of May not end of April.
Do you have any more information about the release date?
