We have a site with a 406v1 running 3.2.54. There are 2 receptionists, using soft console (3.2.11), in the main group, where all the incoming calls are directed. Occasionally when trying to transfer an incoming call they will click on the transfer tab and it immediately puts the call through to the receptionist next to them, instead of the dial tab popping up.
Has anyone else come across this and if so is there a fix?
