Call Status and CCV

We are having a problem with CCV showing agents in a ready state but when you look at them in System Status or Call Status they are showing they have someone on hold. So that means they are not available. What change do I need to make so that CCV doesn't show "Ready" when the agents puts someone on hold?

However Manager will annoyingly ask you after every change you make to that user if you want to clear busy on hold you have to click no.

Yeah I thought the same thing too but I have "Busy on Held" checked for all agents.
 
Delta Server is very critical for proper CCC running.

IPO Admin 4.2.14 does have standalone DS ver 5.2.25 but since you have CCC it is best to install DS component from within CCC application CD and not from Admin CD which you might have done.

Your CCV version 5.0.22 is from CCCV5.0.61 but that CCC version has DS on 5.2.24, whereas DS ver 5.2.25 the one which you have is a component of CCC V5.0.62.


Plus make sure you have only one Delta Server in the network.

My brain hurts... So if I just make sure that all versions are at 5.0.62 I should be o.k? Will I need to upgrade IPO as well?
