I have a customer that is looking for an inexpensive way to record calls on his MICS. Even if it's the most primitive thing, he's open to it. Does anyone know of any device that will enable this?

on a per cal basis you cna do it with a mini tape recorder attached to the phone via headset,

If you have the latest SW on a call piolt you can record calls into mailboxes. you have to allow the mailox to record plus you need to adjust the COS for the MB for message time as this will also be the recorded calls.
