i have ound in one manual that call recording can be done by pressing feature 989 but when i do that is says access is denied. where would i go to allow that. any help would be greatly appreciated. thank you

i looked everywhere in the programing book for where to allow it and i couldn't fing where you would allow that or what program cos is in. they also have a voice mail on the system. can they recorded calls be saved there or do you need aditional equipment to save the calls?

th voicemail is version 4.1.05. and from what i have read is that you need a program on a computer to program the system that way in order to change the settings in the cos. is that the only way to change that or can you do it through the phone. if so where could it get that program and how does it hook up to the voicemail. thank you

Only added on 4.1 because norstar voicemail manager doesn't work with XP or 2000.

When in doubt RTFM (read the friggin manual)
