Create a user called BigB, Big Brother, user# XXXX For user to be recorded, in voice recording set the manual recording mailbox to XXXX BigB from the drop down menu. The Sales manager can press short code *54*XXXX# The call will be recorded to the BigB mailbox. The Sales managers EM can be set as the VM to EM address, and set BigB vm option on, and copy for VM to EM. Should do the job. Upvote 0 Downvote
