several users moved to different cubicles and wanted to retain their int/vm number. So I moved them using "old DN- new DN" feature. We had problems, so I put everyone back to default locations (e.g. port 0401=269, 0402=270). In house (intercom) calls go to the proper telephone, but calls directed by the VM system ring at the wrong telephone. "feature * 0" indicates all is programmed correctly. I'm stumped on this one.

Check F983/MBOX/CHNG and that mailbox # matches ext #.

Next time turn Set Relocation to YES then move sets one at a time and leave a minute between unplugging and plugging in a set.

I still think set relocation causes troubles.
Just swing the jumpers for the sets you want to move it causes way fewer problems in the long run. and only takes a few minuits.
and Like curlycord says, check to be sure that the mailbox number matches the set dn.
if it is still confused you can delete the old mailbox and build a new one.

Thanks for all of the responses. I'll try the reboot on the weekend (not possible at this time). Until then, I have "Band-Aid" the affected users (4) by moving them to an unused DN.
