I have a customer whos CP150 software cartridge died. The power supply and the main cabinet function fine with a different software card installed but the problem is that they used to have 120 mailboxes but now it just shows 20 mailboxes.
It is my understanding that the keycodes are installed on the main cabinet and not on the PCMCIA card.
If this is the case I need to retrieve those old codes from Nortel.
This is a unit that our company did not install so we do not have records of the original keycodes.
How / who do I contact to retrive the codes? I of course went to Nortel and Avaya and got the run around. I got pretty far with Avaya before they figured out that I wasn't an offical dealer.
I can not find on Nortel's website a list of authorized dealers. When I check Avaya's eveyone I called is a true Avaya partner and not a nortel/avaya partner or they list Verizon, SBC, Quest etc.
Does anyone have referral for a company that is a legit Nortel dealer that has access to Nortel to get the old codes?
Or how about a link to look up nortel dealers.
Thanks
