call pilot issue w/ mailboxes

let me be a bit more specific.. i'm installing a cp100 on an existing mics w/7.0 software w/40 mb's. my dn's are 100 to 131 and i'm having a conflict with creating mb's because they are overlapping names and special prefix's. name prefix is 11 and special prefix is prefix 19.

whenever i try to change these parameterss they revert back to default.
i've gone into configuration and system properties to execute on numerous occasssions with no positvr results. what am i'm missing here?????

100 is the general delivery mailbox by default and you can probably live with that but I am not sure what you can do with the system manager mailbox 102.

Since 102 is too powerful create them mailbox 202 and associated it with ext 102.

isn't 102 the system admin mail box, thus creating problems?

It is the SM yes, it can cause problems only if assigned to the wrong type of person or abused as well password not given to the actual admin.

Make sure you change them to a number that is not being used by the MICS otherwise they will revert back to 11 & 19.
