Call Pilot IP Change

I've tried to change the ip via serial port. All the hyperterminal settings are correct, however when the Call Pilot is rebooting the prompt that shows up are random characters.

Use the web browser interface instead. Just set your IP address on laptop to one digit higher then the default address of the Call Pilot. Use a cross-over cable between your laptop and the cp. Change the setting this way rather then the serial cable way.

I would try that but the Call Pilot was set to an ip of 0.0.0.0, is there anyway to access call pilot when the ip address is set to 0.0.0.0
