Is it possible to change the GD and SM mailbox ext's? I have a customer who wants to use ext's starting with 10. If we change the Ext numbers for the phones he has to change all mailings, flyers and web site.....

Thanks
Paul

If reception is to be X10 then tell mailbox 10 (GD) to be ext 10.

Create mailbox 52 or any number and tell it to be with x12.

Outside callers and people checking their messages internally wont know the difference.

The only thing is for 12 they will have to log in as 52XXXX when checking remotley or from somebody eles's set.

If you do that you'll also have to be careful about using F986 mailbox transfer. Calls for x12 will need to be sent to mailbox 52 (or whatever mailbox you assign to x12).
