Call Pilot - Can't Add Subcriber MBox 1

Hi all,

Trying to add a user mbox and CP keeps defaulting to an information type mbox instead of subscriber.

Tried deleting and adding back in ... still no luck.

Anybody run in to this before?

Your out of keycodes, you could use the System Manager x102 if up against it.

Login to F983, press 44, press VIEW and then scroll through to see the features enabled in the Call Pilot. The number of active voicemail seats will be displayed. You'll need to purchase a keycode to add more mailboxes.

Thx for the quick responses. I didn't purchase the system so I don't know how many boxes were purchased. However, I just went in and counted the phone jumpers and there were 32 - same as the number of boxes currently in the system.

Will contact my support on keycodes ASAP.

Exs - appreciate the tip on counting the used boxes!

Any time I have tried to add mailbox on call pilots and it comes up as information mailbox usually it means your key codes have been used up same as on the BCM'S.
