Call Pilot & outbound transfer

Have a MICS 7.1 & Call Pilot 3.1 I set up outbound transfer and when I press 7 instead of transfer it gives me options. I have not seen this before.

You press 7 in the mailbox message and get what options?

Did you turn on outbound transfer in the mailbox? Login to F981, press 8 - 8 - 2 and see if it's been activated.

I did all of that. When I press 7 from an outside call she says your options are, and I don't remember what exactly they were but I have not heard that before and I have set a few up.
