Customer has call pilot w/2.0, when the AA answers there
is a popping noise and the volume is low. I have changed ports, power supply and re-initialized. I think the next
step may be to change out the software, unless anyone has
a better idea. Thanks cov-com
It shouldn't be the ports either. The connection to the switch is digital, so it should either work or not work. You wouldn't likely get low volume and static with bad ports. You would get a loss of sync with the Norstar and the voicemail would go down.
I would suspect that the recorded data is corrupted or the digital media that stores the recording is going bad. Have you tried re-recording?
