I've heard it's not possible to force a 5 or 6 digit (user) password on the Call Pilot (150) mailboxes but I can't believe that.

Anybody know for sure? We had a fraud issue a few weeks back, so I've already modified the COS's (using the rad) and advised our users to set up 6 digit passwords, but I would really like to force it. If anyone can tell me it's possible and how to do it, that would be great.

Thanks.

You can't force the password complexity.
passwords must be minimum 4 digits long and cannot start with a 0

Thanks for the info. I didn't think it could be done, but I am hoping somehow, someway, someone knew it could...

Let's hope some later software version will allow it.

Thanks again.
