Does anyone know if it is possible to add some kind of queue to Call Pilot 150. When the line is busy could it be possible to let the caller know how many more people are before them? For example Please hold on the line there are 3 more callers before you.

acd may have a prompt for average wait time in que...cintech acd does not sure if nortels call center does

this is only a viable if you are using a t1 or DID for multible inbounds and not a copper huntgroup where the telco is supplying a busy tone if all are being used

This is for a MICS system and we are just using normal analog lines.

so if its the 5th caller and u have 6 lines it may be possible with an ACD but if its the 7th caller with 6 lines...nope its a busy from telco

Yes it's possible.
Your Call Pilot 150 includes an ACD, I suggest to call a tech to set it up for you if above post is not an issue....all lines busy means busy unless you mean the set is busy with a call and not the lines.
