call pilot 150 not allowing caller to ring phone when extensions

Hi Guys,

I have a call Pilot 150 that answers incomming calls via auto attendant. When a caller dials an extension. It goes directly to mail box. It does not ring phone first. I think I accidently hit a setting. Any thought would be appreciated. Thanks

I'd guess either DND is activated or forward-on-busy to the voicemail DN is turned on in programming.

if ou mean Do not disturb. I have over 100 users and they do not use DND. I never program fwb on any phone. Unless I am reading your helpful reply those would not be the problem. Thanks

In the greeting table at the top there is a dial DN disable check. If checked it will not call the DN';s.

Also check to make sure users aren't pressing f984 (fwd to vm by another name.) I had a customer that had that function confused with f981, and complained every day that she wasn't getting her calls.
