Had a customer that had 2 Call Pilot 150's (one for voicemail and one for Enhanced Call Center). I have the Enhanced Call Center Call Pilot 150 and want to know if I can use it as a regular voicemail? Thanks.

Sure, They probably have 2 vmails just to have more channels. You can only have 8 on a Callpilot 150.

Actually, if you want Enhanced Call Center, you have to have 2 CP 150's.
As long as the CP shows that there are mailboxes enabled you can use it as voicemail. Check the installed options by logging into F983, dial 44, press View to see the enabled features.
