Just had a customer ask me if it is possible to not let people check there mailbox from out side the office. He only wants them to check messages from the system itself. Has anyone ever done this if so how? Right now if you hit a mailbox and press ** it lets you log in he wants to stop that.

No can do, whoever is aware of hitting ** ext pswd will always be able to check messages. After all it is a voice mail system and checking messages externally is a pretty normal procedure.

It can be done. If you set "Return to AA" = N, it also disables **.

I think that only applies to older mails.
