Call pilot 100( broken record)

I've got an MICS not sure off top of my head what software release but fairly new. recently set up call pilot 100 and when checking greetings i got what sounded like a broken record (thank you for, thank you for, thank you for) I hung up and called in again and it was fine. any ideas...
i dont know if this helps but it happened on path 1 of ccr tree with was a transfer to a info mailbox, only reaon it is not set as a info path is for ease of remotly changing that greeting.

The system is a computer it could have just had a hic-up. If it continues contact nortel and see if this is common or if you have corruption on your hard drive.

And be sure to post the part number when you find the hard drive on a CallPilot
