call pick up group members dilemma

hi all ,
i just migrated a norstar system to avaya but the users are getting difficulty using the feature 75 call group pick up ,keep getting call rejected .Can anyone offer some advice .

in manager hit f1 and do a search on call pick up, pretty straight forward.

Pickup members.
Make a group called" pickup grp 1"and add the extns to it.
Make a button call pick up members.
Action tab is your group you just made

Or just dial *30 to pickup any call.
