Hi

The call scenario for example: Incoming DDI call via ISDN to a Hunt Group pilot number. A member answers and has reason to transfer the call to another party on the same MD110 to deal with. When the call is completed, 3 call logging records are output, one for each stage of the call.

For the benefit of a 3rd party Call Logging platform, is there any element within the MD110 Call Logging facility which may be used to indicate that the 3 call logging records actually relate to just the one true call scenario ? The reason for the question is for reporting purposes.

The MD110 in question is at BC11/SP12 and the current CIL Form in use is number 4. The CIL is output via NIU and IP.

Many Thanks

gedii.

Hi, gedii,

IMHO, it's the task of the billing program (i.e. the task is addressing to post-processing).
