Hey Folks,
Called in on a power fail issue on a CICS 6.1 with CallId.
System came back up ok, except a few extensions were mixed up.
All is ok, however....
incoming lines are appr only, then get p/u by vmail.
The only way I get call log to appear on ie ext 25 is by going into ext 25 and selecting log all calls.
The customer only wants to see the calls unanswered by him..it doesn't matter what I do in the setup, ext 25 will only log a call if its "log all calls"? Could the software be pootched? Am I missing something simple???
 
Is call log at 'set' level
is AA answering after 1 ring
Is there CFNA-VM for 25
 
If you checked everything that senk1s suggested try setting all the lines on x25 to appear & ring, exit out of programming, then go back into programming and set all the lines on x25 to appear only. See if that flushes out the bug.
