For Vmail Pro try something like this:
Create 2 system short codes as follows:
*80 "#Short Codes.ABC_Company" voicemailcollect LnGrp 0
*81 "#Short Codes.XYZ_Company" voicemailcollect LNGrp 1
Put the lines for ABC Company in one Incoming And/Or Outgoing call group, say "0". Do the same for XYZ Company only make that group "1".
In Incoming Call route form, make the destination of Line Group 0 be *80, and destination of Line Group 1 be *81.
Send that config.
In Vmail Pro under short codes, make 2 new modules, one called "ABC_Company", and one called "XYZ_Company". From there create a menu action, record a greeting and place in the entry prompt. Choose what digits you want the callers to be able to press, and with one of those digits, connect a transfer action to it. In the specific tab, choose which users or group you want the call to transfer to.
Save that and make it live.
You can do all sorts of things with the call flows, but that is pretty basic.
If you look at Buckweet's reply to 1.3 software, he has a link to Avaya's FTP site, where u can dl the Engineer's toolkit. In that there are all of the training doc's and some sample configs and call flows. They are pretty good for learning the basics.
