Whats missing is having enough information to respond
You programmed Call history? What does that mean?, a key?, a quantity?, something else?
What have you tried? (such as reading the manual)
What system type and software version? These are ABSOLUTELY ESSENTIAL!
Suffice it to say you are VERY unlikely to get a response without a minimal effort on your part.
