I have to enter the "advanced" menu (must enter password) when I hit the settings key to access the call forward settings. I see from other examples including 6940 user guide that the call forward settings should be visible in the settings menu, outside of the advanced menu. I've looked through the class of service settings and can't find anything specific to this. Where in MiVB can you get the call forward to be accessible without administrator password?

Depending on the version of software it is a COS option called "Enable Device Configuration", older versions was called "Long Key Press Timer"

Enable Device ConfigurationFor 69xx IP phones, enter 0 to disable Language, Voicemail, Call Forward, Voice Services, WiFi, Bluetooth, and Reset settings in the Settings menu. This also disables the long key press functionality. Or, enter the length of time (range 1 to 5 seconds) for which a programmable key (PK) must be held down to launch the key programming application.

Holy smokes thank you so much! Been sitting here trying to figure this out... That was it, was currently set to 0. "Enable Device Configuration" on version 10 something.

To get into the advanced menu on the phone, you will have a passcode entered in the security form on the phone system.
But it looks like you've already gotten this with the long-press on the buttons.

Thanks, I did find that section in MiVB and entered a password to get into that menu on the phones.
