I have a user that on outbound calls.. once connected the phone goes on hold automatically. Doesn't happen on inbound and I've busied the port, the station and swapped the phone.. any ideas? Weird. cm5.2..
Have you witnessed this happening, or have you only been told about it?

and you have their shoes.”
I witnessed it and have tried everything. I TTI'd another extension at that desk and it worked fine. Put back the original guys extension and it did it again. when you trace it the trace just shows connected call and then hold with no explanation of a feature that kicked in. I thought to just blow away the extension, but that's downright weird.

Actually.. the issue was with newly installed AES using OCS. User's client said he was in an active call. Once he logged out of OCS this cleared. Thanks for the feedback.
