Call fwd off prem

MICS 7.1 PRI, I set up call fwd and when we transfer to their station it forwards fine. If someone calls their direct line they get a failure recording. I just don't understand what I am doing wrong?

How did you set-up the call forward? Did you press the FWD button or Feature 4 and then dial 9+number?

You need to use line re-direction to Forward a DID {Target} Line.
Make sure that in Set programming for that extension, RE-DIRECT RING is set to YES.

THen from that extension do FEATURE 84.
I believe it will ask you if you want to forward all or specific lines. Look at the LCD Display.
THen use Intercom and 9+ number that you will forward call to.

Pretty sure the DID will forward too no? make sure the DID appears and rings.

You might also need tyo check with your carrier to see what caller id they see coming from your switch. Odds are it's not yours so they reject the call.
