Call fwd M7208

Well I should know how to do this but I guess not. I tried to call fwd a M7208 to a cell phone. But I can't figure how to activate? I tried it on a M7310 with no problem but I can't do the activate on the M7208? I tried * & # that just added to the end of the string, I also tried pushing cfw again but that doesn't work. And nothing in the book.
