call forwarding

we have micsw/6.1.t1 on pri w/dids.at night i would like to cf my pilot # to my other store.i go f4 9 7digits.during the day it will work sometimes.but about 80% of the time i get a fast busy.also these numbers were ported from a dms to a #5ess.can anyone help??

Is there more than 1 appearance of the target line or multiple intercoms 3,4,5 to handle fowarded calls. Try 1 plus area code.I assume allow redirect is Y and OLI is valid # for Telco.
