Call forwarding stange issue

Hello,

I have an IP 406v2 which i have set an incoming call route number to an extension, the extension has forward unconditional to another external number. this is working 100% unless it is a Sunday or out of hours where the number forwarded has an ARS route to send calls to a mobile number. If i call from my land line or personnal mobile or home number it works fine but if my customer calls on his mobile or personal mobile it just rings out but if he calls from his landline it works fine.

I just need to know that the calls are all being sent out or trying to,

I hope somebody can help

I think call is intermittently hitting the empty CO port, check your Lines and OOS all the unused COs.
