Hello all,
I Have: Avaya IP Office R5
I had a user at extension 174. However, that user is no longer with the company and his phone was taken out of the office. I wanted to forward any calls to that extension, whether internal or external, to extension 147. I setup the forwarding under the "forwarding" tab for extension 174. When I go into the Ip Office System Status I can see that when I dial extension 174 that it goes to extension 147. However, extension 147's voicemail never answers. The line just keeps ringing and ringing. What am I doing wrong? I just want the person at extension 147, when they are in, to get 174's calls. If the person at 147 is not in then I want 147's voicemail to answer the call that was made to extension 174. Any help?
