CAll forwarding error, 2

Hi,
We have a Compact ICS with software v 7.1. I followed the direction on "How to Externally Call Forward a phone" in the FAQ section. But when i hit feature 4 , it asks me "forward to" and when i try to put the destination code it give me a message saying INVALID NUMBER.

Could someone please advise me on this .

Could you please let us know the process to program this . We have been trying to get this done for a while now

Your best bet is to contact a vendor to program it for you.

You need to make sure the telephone has "Allow Redirect" set to "Yes". You need to build a route "Route 001" with a destination code of "9". Then press ftr 4, 9 and the outside #.
