Right now a client forwards their lines at night to an outside service.
When a caller calls, they hear a click then silence then dial tone then ringing. (ANALOG TRUNK)
It is my understanding that going digital PRI the only difference will be that the caller will not hear dial tone just a click a pause then the transfer.
When they were on Centrex apparently this did not happen?
