Call Forward No Answer for Norstar

We have Norstar key system with few lines. It is a very old phone system with no network access.
We just got a request to make some changes in this phone system. I am not familiar with this phone system.
1. Is it possible to change the call forward no answer to 3 rings instead of 4 rings (it is currently having 4 rings then it is forwarded to an external number)? Does someone have instruction on how to do it?
2. Does someone have an instruction on how to change the Call forwarded number in the call forward no answer? We also want to change the call forwarded number
3. Does this phone system have the Caller ID capability?
4. Can this phone system generate some kind of call volume report?

The short answer for items 1 and 2 is call your local vendor to come in and train you "how to" or get the manuals for your system type and self train.
Thes forums are for guidance, you cannot train sombody in forum. Admin training is anywhere from 1 to 8 hours depeding how much you want to know on the admin side.
Note that some programming is on the tech side of programming such as line programming.
You will need to know the passwords for the system and the knowledge of how to get into programming and how to navigate through programming.

Item 3. All depends what model system and version software and line cards you have.


Item 4. You would need an SMDR unit and a printer or PC running Hyper terminal.
